The Stellantis Ecosystem
Stellantis will work with cities to create the 'Inverse Gas Stations' called Stellantis Parks. These parks will be spaces for vehicles, people and nature to come together and recharge. The parks will be created for completely sustainable operation with the help of Stellantis Energy Trees.
The Model E
In accordance with our research and discovery, we wanted to create an electric vehicle that would eliminate planned obsolescence, be 'hackable' or customizable by anyone, and simple enough that it is modular. A paradigm shift that we have not seen yet with EVs, something the Ford Model T brought for gasoline vehicles when it was introduced.
The Modular I
The Model E is an extremely modular vehicle. The front wheels can completely detach when parked, and transform into micromobility last-mile vehicles; The Modular I!
Stellantis Energy Trees
Stellantis, Energy Providers and Cities will work together to create Energy Trees that are sources of renewable energy that will vary based on geography and climate. In Los Angeles, we leveraged the sun create Solar Energy Trees.
Local Business Support
Stellantis in 2035 is a steward of local social mobility and economic sustainability by helping local businesses to set up small shacks in their Stellantis Parks. In turn, this will help the parks enhance and engage communities with local cultures.
Universal Mobility Device
People can access and control all the different forms of public and private mobility offered by Stellantis GLOBALLY no matter which city they're in, through the Stellantis Universal Mobility Keys.

Extensive research was conducted over a 5-week phase which included STEEPX analysis, SWOT Analysis, Consumer Archetype identification and creation, Affinity Mapping, Blue Ocean and ERRC Strategy and Future Wheels creation.
60 Trends and 60 Opportunities were identified under Social, Technological, Economic, Environmental, Political and X factors.
Finding unexplored spaces in the market through in-depth SWOT Analyses of direct and indirect competitors.
Created 20+ consumer archetypes categorized based on the Innovation Adoption Bell Curve model. We also came up with 200 opportunities in total for all these archetypes.
Blue Ocean & ERRC Strategies
Using the SWOT Analysis we conducted, we were able to find new, unexplored areas of the market using the Blue Ocean Strategy model and the ERRC (Eliminate, Reduce, Raise and Create) Matrices.
